Our construction cleans are ideal for newly built homes, renovated spaces, or areas recently worked on by trades. We remove dust, debris, and residue left behind so the property is safe, spotless, and ready to hand over or move into.

What’s included:

• Preparation for WP and silicon
• Removal of construction dust and fine particles
• Wipe down of walls, skirting boards, windows and frames, and light fittings
• Vacuuming and mopping of all hard floors and carpets
• Cleaning of cabinetry, benchtops, and surfaces inside and out
• Sanitisation of bathrooms, kitchens, and laundry areas
• Disposal of light rubbish left behind by trades (on request)
• Remove manufacturer stickers, and residue
• Remove paint flecks, silicone, and cement splatter from surfaces
• Remove protective film, tape residue, glue, and plaster from glass and fixtures
• Polish glass to a streak-free finish (optional: external window clean)
